Nominations close May 31st for UAA Board of Trustee nominations.

Nominations are being accepted for four (4) positions for three-year terms. 
Two (2) Educator Trustees from two or four-year colleges, one (1) Corporate representative Trustee and (1) Trustee at Large position. 

Nominating someone does not guarantee their placement on the ballot. The Nominations Committee strives to develop a well-rounded ballot representative of membership as a whole. Current requirements, restrictions, and qualifiers for nominees are as follows:

Educator Trustees (2) 
An Educator Trustee is a person who is an individual voting member in good standing in the professional or fellow membership categories and a faculty member or administrator at an institute, college or university, which is an Institutional Member of the UAA. No two Educator Trustees shall be from the same institution. 


Corporate Member position (1)
A Corporate Trustee is a person who is an individual voting member in good standing in one of the appropriate membership categories and a full-time employee of an organization which is a Corporate member of the UAA. No two Corporate Trustees shall be from the same organization. 


Trustee at Large position (1) *NEW THIS YEAR
The trustee representing the membership and the industry at large.  A Trustee at Large shall be a person who is an individual voting member in good standing in any membership category. A Trustee at Large is NOT be required to be from a college or university which is an Institutional Member of the UAA
